While planning a large event is a lot of work, wedding planning can be a whole other thing because of all of the expectations and standards that come with. My guest, personal trainer and newlywed Vanessa Checchio of Barbata and Barbells in on the show to share her experience dress shopping, how slippery the diet culture slope is with dress shopping and wedding planning, and how you can step outside of that.
